I share my journey as I navigate adulting with the goal to share ways others can gain clarity around who they are and what they want in life.

    Courtnee Williams is a strategic and results-oriented leader with over 10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, business analytics, and infrastructure. Through her experience and desire to uplift and empower others she developed a passion for teaching, coaching and mentoring others.

    At Meta, Courtnee supports the development, optimization and maintenance of critical tooling and infrastructure supporting 61.5M Trust & Safety reports annually. She has successfully designed, led and managed the roadmapping process used to intake diverse, stakeholder sourced problems, prioritize and coordinate execution amongst different technical teams. She has also led initiatives aimed at utilizing and implementing streamlined global solutions and demand-consolidation tooling resulting in substantial cost savings.

    Aside from process, Courtnee is revered for her community-focused, inclusive, and supportive approach to company culture. She leads with integrity, empathy and transparency - leading to her receiving high NPS, and not only retaining team members - but helping them find their secret sauce through effective and impactful coaching and support. She shares her expertise by lead global manager circles for new and seasoned managers to teach them skills, tactics and design and execute workshops that they can use to empower their teams and build culture.

    Prior to Meta, Courtnee held various demand planning and infrastructure roles at L'Oreal USA, Dannon, and Elizabeth Arden. In these roles, she was responsible for developing and implementing forecasts aligned to business objectives, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.

    Courtnee is a highly skilled coach and mentor. She has a proven track record of developing and inspiring team members to achieve their goals. At Meta, L'Oreal and Dannon, she coached and mentored team members on a variety of topics, including forecasting, inventory management, and project management. She’s also designed and led Goal Setting Best Practices Workshops as well as skill development workshops for peers, leaders and stakeholders across global teams.
